Order Destinations and Conditions
Kingdom Coffee Roasters proudly offers worldwide shipping for coffee orders. However, it's important to note that certain regions may have specific import regulations or customs restrictions for coffee and related items. Fragile products, such as scales and glassware, are exclusively shipped within the EU.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend familiarising yourself with the import and customs conditions/requirements of your region.
Please be aware that all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any additional documents required by regional agencies and authorities, aside from the purchase invoice.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide complete and accurate information as mandated by your local authorities. Should a package encounter issues due to incorrect or missing information, we retain the right to decline reshipment or reimbursement of the order.
If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address information or if delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs associated with the returned package. If you request reshipment upon the return of the product, we also reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs of reshipment.
Furthermore, if you, as the recipient, decline to pick up your package from customs or the carrier's storage/pickup station, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund in consideration of our freshness and hygienic standards.
