Returns and Refunds
Dear customer, within 14 days of delivery, feel free to return or exchange any brewing equipment that fails to meet your expectations. We cover the shipping costs for returns from Germany, provided you use the return label supplied by Kingdom Coffee. Please note that returns will not be accepted after the initial 14-day period after delivery.
STEPS
- Contact customer service at service@kingdomcoffee.de
- We'll send you a return request form; kindly fill it out in block letters and return it to us.
- You're not responsible for shipping costs. Our customer service will provide a return label, but please note that we only cover the cost if you use Kingdom Coffee's return label; if you ship at your expense, we cannot refund those charges.
- Carefully place the item for return in its original packaging, confirming all items are enclosed. Then, insert the original packaging into a secure shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent any damage during transit. Apply the shipping label supplied by Kingdom Coffee to the shipping carton. Drop off shipments at postal outlets and DHL Paketshops.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. The returned item will be refunded through the original payment method used for the order. If you paid with your credit card, the money will be refunded to the credit card you used.
Repairs or Service maintenance
Should you need to return a product for repair, rest assured that we will promptly notify you once the item is received. The repair process typically spans a minimum of 10 working days. However, it's crucial to note that if a defect arises from an operational error, the responsibility for covering the associated repair or service costs lies with the customer. In such instances, you will receive a detailed cost estimate for your consideration. Should you choose to decline the provided repair costs, please be aware that a handling fee may be applied.

- In your email, please provide us with the original order number, product name, and serial number, along with a brief description of why you require repair. It's possible that this could be a scenario where we can offer remote assistance.

Carefully place the item for return in its original packaging if it still exists. If the original packaging is unavailable, make sure to securely bubble wrap your espresso machine or grinder. Kingdom Coffee cannot be held responsible for damages to machines that are not properly and securely packed. Then, insert your coffee machine or grinder into a secure shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent any damage during transit. Apply the shipping label supplied by Kingdom Coffee to the shipping carton. Drop off shipments at postal outlets and DHL Paketshops.
